What angle do you position your Macbook/screen to your window/light source ?

To have the light behind, is the worst kind for me, it would reflect the light in my screen. But which of the other positions to you think offers the best viewing ?

Since having the light source behind you causes unpleasant reflection off the screen...how about have the light source behind the screen...i.e. in front of you.
