What app is causing this behavior on trackpad??

I remember setting up a shortcut to hit "shift" while moving the trackpad, and that moves the currently selected window on the screen.

I now want to disable it and can not figure out which app/utility I used ...

???

Mystery solved - it is buried in a setting in BTT (better touch tool)
