Lol, it's a screenshot of a video of some sort and most likely not an app. Going from the 'loading' animation underneath the image, it looks like someone took a screenshot from a Google image search.

Which internet browser does it look like it came from?? That definitely looks like an iPhone screen shot right?

Nope, not an iPhone screenshot. Dimensions don't match any current iPhone versions.
Not to mention, iPhone pictures are much clearer than that. That's one blurry shot. Looks like someone took a photo of their TV screen while watching the movie, and not with an iPhone.
Correct. But if you didn't know that fact, you'd never be able to identify the actors from their blurry photos.
