What App to record saved songs from XM radio?

I have an XM Pioneer Inno radio that I would like to saved songs into mp3 format using its 3.5mm plug.

Which software will allow me to save the audio and save it as mp3?

or
Garageband then use the share function (share to iTunes) which will convert it to mp3.
