What application everyone use to edit their songs. i am looking for a application that i can use to make the db level of the songs higher/louder. Thanks :)
 
Garage Band and Audacity are free and are capable of "pumping" up the volume, but that procedure might add noise to the song.

Then there is Logic, Live, Reason, ProTools, ... .
 
You can individually adjust the volume of each song in iTunes by clicking on the song, pressing control+I, and selecting the Options tab.

Another vote for Audacity for simple sound file manipulation.
 
Thanks everyone for their recommendation! so far i found ivolume to be the easiest to use.
