I am cleaning my hard drive before upgrading to Snow Leopard and came across a few folders/files that I have questions about (What application does it belong too?, Safe to remove?):

1. OfflineCache.database
2. iPhone Remote
3. Google Software Update (I know what it is, but safe to remove?)
4. Google Keystone
5.org.amavis.amavisd.plist
org.amavis.amavisd_cleanup.plist
6. FLEXnet Publisher

Thanks for the help!

2, 3, 4 and 6. Those are apps so they'll be safe to remove. I wouldn't delete any files, especially .plist files

Alright. Thanks. I removed 2,3 and 4, but not 6. I am just wondering what it does. Maybe it is something that I have installed and still need? Any ideas? iPhone Remote is a 3rd Party Application and I know it because it is on Google Code (must have downloaded it sometime). Google Software Update is not anything I need. Google Keystone apparently works with Google Software Update and I removed that. Just number 1,5 and 6 are the ones I am thinking about. Any ideas? Thanks.
