What apps to supplement Google maps transit directions?

Just like the title says...
I've ordered a 5, but I rely on transit directions alot in SF. What apps/ sites can I used that can help? The only one I know so far is nextbus

From what I have read in iOS 6 reviews, if you tap for transit directions in the map app it will popup a list of relevant transit apps for your specific area.
