I'm currently having a video call, on WhatsApp, but there's no Centre Stage.

Am I missing something?

iMac M4.

Thanks.

I've used it with Zoom, and with FaceTime. Never used WhatsApp.

Simple test: Open FaceTime, you don't have to call anyone. Verify Center Stage is working within the preview. If not, check your settings.

(Disclaimer: I don't have a Center Stage-compatible Mac camera; but this test works fine on my iPad and works on my Mac using Continuity Camera)

Thanks for the reply.

I did test it in FaceTime, when not in a call, and it never happened.

I’m not at my Mac, but once you have Whatsapp open and the camera active, check the control center up in the menu bar. There should be some option for tweaking you video feed in there.

Unless WhatsApp does something different those settings should be global for video conferencing.
