What are chances of getting new modem FW with new exchange?

If I exchange at an apple store for case cracking, what are my chances of getting new modem fw that I can not unlock with yellowsnow? (2.2.1 /w 2.30.x)

I'm in the bay area,ca if that helps.

I got my iPhone replaced about 2 weeks ago and it came with everything completely updates. So I am going to say that "yellowsn0w" will not be your friend this time around.

They're not going to replace it unless you have an AT&T contract.

yeah the will replace it if you dont have a at&t contract. but it will come witht he newest updates so now yellowsn0w

Just for the record, I do have an ATT contract. I only use yellowsnow for overseas travel which I think is fair.

Darn..i'm going to have to hold onto my phone until I come back from my near future trip then. Hopefully devteam can crack the latest modem FW.
