With the launch of the 2016 MacBook Pro lineup, Apple has added 3 gigabyte per second transfer speed Solid state disks (SSD's). I could personally verify those records with some local macOS benchmarking tools. It blew me away.

But I was wondering, for MacBook Pro 2016 15" specifically, how has High Sierra increased (decreased? :( ) those speeds, as it''ll make the storage move to AFPS, which would allow even faster speeds.

Can anyone share some personal or external results?
