What are full retail upgrade prices for iP4S?

I don't qualify for any upgrade pricing since I purchased my iP4 this past March. I plan on purchasing the 4S but can't find any information on full retail pricing. Anyone have any info? TIA

Looks like full price is $649/749/849 for 16/32/64GB models on AT&T. Basically $450 over the full-upgrade pricing and $200 over the early-upgrade pricing.

I was wondering the same thing. I have to order a phone for testing at work (lucky me, I get a free iPhone!), dont need a phone line, just need the phone.
