What are good deals to Max out MBP RAM?

I have mid 07 MBP and would like to max out the ram to 4 gigs for gaming.
Where can I get a good deal?
I'm kinda low on budget since I just got laid off my job and would like it to say between $50-90 range... or lower (if there is such deal!!)
