What are good video apps for vlogging?

I am going to be doing short 3-5 minutes videos about my photographs and then post them to my site. What are some good video apps to do this? I would like the app to be able to use the front camera, have mic settings and white balance control. I have a professional mic that I purchased so I can attach to my phone as well as to my DSLR. I’ve looked at Filmic Pro and LumaFusion. LumaFusion looks to me like it’s just a video editor- not recorder, but I could be wrong. Is iMovie any good? It’s been a long time since I’ve used it. Can Filmic Pro and LumaFusion record using the front camera?

Any recommendations would be great. I am a newbie to this. Thanks!

I'd reckon iMovie or Final Cut Pro X.

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking about video apps for an iOS device, and I think both for recording and for editing.

I would start with iMovie, as @Fishrrman suggested, because you can't beat the price.
