What are image capture devices under printer software in system information?

Macbook Pro 2012, running Catalina 10.15.7. In system information under printer software there are over 20 image capture devices listed. Multiple EPSON scanners and Canon IJScanners. I have never hooked up a printer or scanner to this computer. I actually had the computer wiped at Apple store recently. Just wondering why they're listed?

Probably Apple store scanners that were in the same network when your MacBook was being configured.
