what are normal fan speeds for an imac just switched on and cool?

Just installed iStat and see that my cool 3.06GHz imac has CPU fan running at 1200rpm, hard drive fan at 1200rpm and optical drive fan at 700rpm.
CPU temp is 29C.
Are these what they should be please?
