Are off contract prices routinely $450 extra?

16GB 6 = $650
64GB 6 = $750
128GB 6 = $850

16GB 6+ = $750
64GB 6+ = $850
128GB 6+ = $950

?
 
That's what I anticipate. I would love to upgrade my 4S to the 6, but I'm not sure I'll pay $750 or whatever for 64GB.

I love the integration of my iPhone with my iPad Air and retina MacBook Pro, but I may switch to a less expensive Android, such as the Moto X.
