What are people paying for AT&T unlocks?

Like the title says, I have an AT&T account that has 3 or 4 unlocks left to be used and was wondering how much unlocks are nowadays. I used to flip phones so I would always use my 5 per year up but now I don't really need them anymore, and if I could make a little cash on the side I would be happy. Thanks!

I don't pay. I enter the IMEI on AT&T's unlock website and they unlock for free. If the phone is over 2 years old it's a sure thing.

I had my 6+ unlocked by them and its not even a year old.

on the ones where the site wont unlock them i pay $30 on ebay for 1-2 day

Yep did the same and worked for all 4 iPhone 6's on our plan.
