1. A 10 megapixel shooter would be needed to stay competitive in numbers race.
2. 2 GB RAM is a given with Apple A9 chipset. (First iDevice to go quad-core)
3. Both 6S and 6S+ models will have 1080p anti-reflective screens.
4. Tweaked iPhone 6 design.

Even if iPhone 6S has A8X specs, I would be more than happy.

Some minor gimmick that is a must have! And a cpu/gpu bump that is x times better than the useless 6. Worked a charm for me on the 5s....and I swear I could tell the performance difference.....my colleagues thought I was crazy, but I could see it as clear as night/day!

But what about the 7S?? ;)

13 mega pixel camera

Given the history of the S-models, nothing really points to an improved screen. It'll probably remain the same, since it together with its form factor is a great way to keep manufacturing down while keeping the same dimensions.

The internal hardware will obviously change (GPU, CPU) and they simply can't delay 2 GB of RAM which should've come with today's phones.

The new cameras sound interesting and perhaps they will launch that sapphire display after all. But I'd expect one killer feature we don't know yet.

All rumors and no one knows. I am still enjoying my new 6 and 6+ and no even looking forward to th 6S. I will take 2GB RAM just to make others happy as it is a nonissue to me. The iPhone 6 size is good for me and out I will keep the 6+ much longer unless as a spare.
