iPod touch What are some good apps that don’t require an Internet connection?

I bought my mom an iPod Touch for Christmas because there are a couple apps in particular that I know she’ll love, but I’d like to put some more on it for her to experiment with. The problem is that she lives in the country where nothing but dial-up is available, and she has no wifi. I’m looking for some apps that don’t require an Internet connection to use. Some that immediately came to my mind are things like games, reference apps, and utilites, but it’d be great if anyone could mention some specific apps (of any genre).
