For me, the most used one is EmitSMS. It's a shame it is no longer being developed.

ScreenShot Plus, AddressBook Search, Time Machine Log are my favorites.

I enjoy iCal events, which syncs nicely with iCal. I also enjoy DoBeDo for much the same reason.

Both are functional, easy to use, and provide one convenient location to reference upcoming events/to-do items.
