What are some top bluetooth headsets for iPhone 6 and later

Planning on getting a bluetooth headset for the car for my parents, who are upgrading to the iPhone 6S.

I don't want to spend more than $60, are there any good options? I am looking for one that can cancel out the car noise pretty well and with clear voice input/output.

If you are talking about one you put in your ear. The Blueant Q3 has served me well for several years
