What are the best and most thorough "How-Tos" Mac sites?

The official Apple support forums at Apple.com would also be a good option. If you would like more hands on training Apple offers a pogram called one to one that you can get with your mac purchase and it entitles you to a year of training. The program used to be available at any time, but now they have limited it to an option when purchasing a new mac. I haven't heard of anyone testing this policy, but it would be interesting to see if a local manager would sell it to you anyway. I'd find it hard to believe Apple woud turn down your money.
