What are the best mac Apps?

I'm curious to what you guys think are the best apps that you use that are great apps for everyone.

I just downloaded "Times" and it combined all my RSS feeds from top websites into a nice clean looking app - MacRumors has an RSS feed so I can access it straight from my dock

They are updated..... the first post was updated on May 14, 2009.


Plus, good apps don't expire...... if they are good, they get updated as time goes by.
