What are the chances for November?

What are the chances to get the new macpro in November with the new Penryn on November 12? Would it be too far fetched to only look at a new chip or are there any other components that Apple seems to be waiting for to upgrade?

It's surely all about the processor and chipset, there is no good reason not to expect a new Mac Pro to be announced in November.
