atomic is nice, but i always go back to safari. don't know why.

I love all the features of iCab, but I almost always use Safari because the scrolling and pinch zooming are far better (smoother, more fluid) than any other browser out there.

Safari.

Until browsers can be installed as on a regular computer. No matter how feature rich, it will never integrate with the system as Safari does.

I use Atomic Browser for the following reasons:

- Adblock
- Fullscreen
- Semitransparent & interchangeable controls while in fullscreen mode
- Ability to download files to dropbox
- Can block images if needed
- Text reflow (not having to scroll left-to-right to read, just verticle)

What about you guys? What are the reasons you prefer the browser you use?

I prefer Atomic for all these same reasons. Especially since it maximizes the viewing area of the iPhones minuscule display.

I really like Safari, but the tiny 3.5" screen plus the limited viewing area Safari is saddled with, is a deal breaker. If only Apple would get out of the past and into the present.

A 4.3 to 4.5" display would be terrific.

My prediction is that Apples iPhone sales would scream to even higher levels... oh sure they're already selling everything they make. But that doesn't' mean that they wouldn't enjoy the additional sales that a large modern display would create.

The overwhelming majority of those I work with in a very large company, all enjoy everything about their iPhones except the tiny screen. To the person, none of them are concerned if the phone becomes a bit larger in the process.

Many of us have both iPhones and Androids, the small increase in size to accommodate the spacious beautiful display in no way makes the phone cumbersome.

I use Dolphin because I like the gestures. They are no faster than using bookmarks, it's really the novelty of it.

I use Safari because I can't set anything else as the default browser. Its very annoying, I'm using a browser I dont particially care for because its more convenient. If Apple ever adopted the "set as default" option into iOS I'd gladly switch.

On my non ICS Android devices I prefer Dolphin because it feels a little faster then the stock browser. Other then that Chrome is where its at.

Wirelessly posted

Dolphin - speed dial coupled with show/hide navigation & tabs bar - the fastest way to check my regular 3 websites.

Also, open tabs in background makes it easy to open multiple pages in the background when surfing a forum like this.

I use Safari on my both iPhone and iPad. I also use Safari on my MacBook Air. It is beautiful, neat, fast and efficient enough for my use. That point aside, I think that Dolphin HD on Android is beautiful as well.

I prefer iCab because it lets me swipe between tabs, pull down to refresh, and download embedded videos.
