I've got a 2012 iMac all patched up and happy. I noticed on our DNS server (windows) that it was picking up some odd IP addresses pointing back to my iMac.
We use the range of 10.0.0.2-25x but for some reasons there are two additional IP addresses showing up of 192.168.69.1 and 192.168.77.1. These are live IPs and pingable. I can also shut down my NIC so the PC is alone on the system...and they are still happy. I shut down most known software as well as Fusion which runs one virtual OS on the same range as 10.0.0.x.
I have no idea why is creating these and why!
We use great domain wide virus solution Viper and I even offloaded that and installed Avast! to see if it had any concerns...and had none.
Any ideas what is producing the additional IP addresses?
