What are these fittings called?

I'm trying to find somewhere to buy this light fitting in the UK. It needs to have an E27 bulb socket, and a three pin UK plug on a single cable - I'm not too bothered about the switch in the middle. Does anyone know the proper name for them or where I could buy some?

E27 is I think the standard screw in bulb fitting so you can find the fitting at any hardware/electrical store or maplins etc. buy the flex and bulb, connect them up.

Yeah, I've found some lampholders on the Maplin website (the bulb fitting without any wires) but will be using them on location for video, so they need to be safe and fairly durable, and I don't really trust myself to wire them up if I'm honest. Thank you though!
