What are these folders?

Hi,

I just updated to Catalina and got this message regarding the newly assigned files. The thing is: I don't recognize these folders, I don't know where they come from. But I'd like to know. So perhaps someone of you guys can help me out. These are the folders:

Configuration --> private --> var --> db --> dslocal --> nodes --> Default
Security --> System --> Library --> CoreServices
Security --> System --> Library --> DirectoryServices --> DefaultLocalDB --> Default

My guess is that these have something to do with "Miniconda", a program that I installed a while back for Python programming because I've also a "miniconda3" folder in the Security folder. But I'm not sure.
