What are these question marks?

I have these 2 question amrks in my Finder, anyone know what they are or how i could get rid of them? thanks.

Those are just documents or applicatons that have been removed. Shows up in the Dock as well.

Just drag it out of the window (or dock).

It's the Finder toolbar, not the Menu Bar. No applications or documents appear there.

You can drag applications, documents, web shortcuts, discs and folders into the finder toolbar.

Before the days of the sidebar shortcuts for "computer", "home", "favourites" and "applications" lived in the finder toolbar as default.
