Giving my non-broken iPhone to my girlfriend, who is giving me hers with a crack in the glass. The phone with a crack has already been listed and sold on eBay. Final price was $178.85, and that was with the crack!

I haven't decided; my partner and I both have an iPhone. He's not interested in 3G enough to upgrade; I'm not sure what I'm doing with my 8 GB iPhone. I'll probably sell it on craigslist.
