What are you supposed to do with MIME messages in Mail?

I have just received 3 parts of a MIME message for the first time. Mail advises me "To read this message, select all of the parts of the message and select the Message --> MIME --> Combine Messages menu item." However, there doesn't seem to be any such menu option.
The subject says "filename.dbf"...I suspect it's someone who's sent me a database of contacts.
