How do you change the goals? I rated mine too low. I need to raise my goals.

mine are set to 500 cals Move, 12 hrs Stand and 20 mins Exercise. It seems you can only change the Move goal. Is that right, or do the other two vary?

that can't be right. I'm burning around 320 in 40 minutes on a incline treadmill at 3.5 mph at incline.
