When I younger I could watching cartoons until I am sick in the stomach, since animations are no longer made (unless you count anime) what are you kids watching? I know they still watch Disney 3D movies, and Disney channel still make those child sitcoms, I think some are watching just home made YouTube videos by other kids. So what do your kids watch?

There's plenty of non-anime cartoons still being made for kids, they just don't tend to be on the normal broadcast channels anymore.

One that springs to mind is My Little Pony. Unless you're meaning for older kids?

My kids really don't watch anything on TV., TV hasn't really ever been their thing except when they were little. Their computers and phones on the other hand…

Where do they broadcast then?
Are you telling me kids don't watch tv now days?

There's a ton of very smart animated shows on TV that aren't anime (though there are some excellent examples of the latter).

Are you asking for some recommendations? (if so, how old are the kids?)

My 11 year old daughter and I are current binge watch Gintama. I'm 30 episodes ahead. She watches almost as much of an otaku as her old man. My 6 year old son likes watching PBS cartoons, especially Let's Go Luna, and Pinkalicous & Peteriffic.

Not really just wondering. When we were younger there were a lot of big name kids tv shows like Sesame Street, Barney, Nickelodeon cartoons...tons, it finally ended with Hannah Montana and last I heard "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody " but after that things seem dead.

I heard kids watch videogame streamers online which is never a good thing imo.

Oh yeah, I see it wasn't specifically about animated shows / cartoons (sort of misread that).

My 12 year old liked Pixar stuff when she was much younger (like 7-8 or younger), never was into any Disney traditional type animation - and now, loves anime which is 95% of her "serial watching", we did watch Gravity Falls and Adventure Time together :) Otherwise it's lots of short form video - she rarely watches a feature length movie, she watches a lot of "how to" on YT, etc., for cosplay designs, art. Now she's been really engaged in learning some 3D type art and design for video game characters.

I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with watching someone else play video games, hahahaha, other than it seems sort of silly :D I mean, like all content, it needs to be monitored, occasionally screened, etc.

My kid doesn't watch tv, and I don't know many kids over the age of 5 who do. It's all about YouTube for them.

YouTube is like modern TV. Its content made to be viewed.

This came as a surprise for me, kids like to watch "reality" shows more than a fictional show. They are very engaged in watching someone else do something than say another episode of DuckTales.
