I just want to get idea of what others read and maybe we can find some other interesting blogs from each other. Try to include links if you can.

What I read:

-Minimal Mac (a great mac app site if you appreciate minimalism for your mac)
-Daring Fireball (a must for Mac fans)
-MacOSXHints (great tips site for the Mac)
-Design Milk (website showing various architectural designs and art)
-Zen Habits a productivity blog that isn't complex and mixes some philosophies of zen)
-The Big Picture (photography ranging across a wide range of issues)
-Dooce (don't know why I like this blog so much since I'm a guy but it deals with life and motherhood)
-kottke.org (deals with wide range of subjects and incredibly fun)
-the impossible cool. (great picture blog dealing showing the people who defined the word "cool")
-Pitchfork (the definitive music website)
-Gorilla Vs. Bear (a great website to download indie music)
-The Onion- (the definitive comedy news site)
-Kung-Fu Grippe (Merlin Mann's personal website which is always funny and entertaining)

MacRumours
TorrentFreak
and about 8 blogs from Med Students/Junior Doctors.

I use "Web Feeds" on my iPhone to read them... is there a good desktop app I can also use, for when I'm at my computer? And is there any way to get it to sync between them?

I don't know anything about Web Feeds but if you're looking for a desktop and iphone RSS sync app the beta version of NetNewsWire syncs with Google Reader and there are many RSS apps on the iPhone that use Google Reader including NetNewsWire(free), Feeds, Byline, etc.
