So I just made the switch from XP and finally got my Macbook in the mail last night. What books or video should I look for to break down OSX to me and get me in the right direction quickly? Is one of the "Dummies" books any good? Thanks in advance for the help. :)

When I switched, I learned everything I wanted to, and more, from the Missing Manual. The Leopard version seems just as good:Amazon Link.

For me, books are ok but not the best. If you want to get up to speed fast, then look at Lynda.com for the online video tutorials. You can go with a monthly subscription and view any titles, then cancel when you are through. I'd suggest:

-Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard Essential Training
-Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard Beyond the Basics
-Switching from Windows to Mac

Head over and view the sample videos and see if it's what would work for you.
