What brand of RAM modules does Apple use in the 2011 MBPs?

I've got a 15" MBP on the way. I want to upgrade the RAM manually. I'm planning on picking up DDR3 sticks myself. What brand are the ones that Apple uses? Also, are they underclocked in any way? One last thing, do the standard 4GB config come with two 2GB sticks or one 4GB stick?

2GB sticks, 2 of them. And the 2 that I had but have since returned both had Hynix brand.
