What cable/adaptor do I need for trage disk mode?

Hello, I can't boot my MBP 2010 17" (Firewire 800) since the Mac partition is full. Somebody recommended me to use target disk mode to remove unused files. I have a rMBP 15". What cable/adaptor do I need to connect the two computers together and use the MBP 2010 as the target disk? Thanks.
