What cables are you using with your external monitor?

I bought the following TB3 20Gbps cable to connect my LG 43UD79-B to my MBP 16": https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EGFFQN0 It didn't work. I then used the same cable and monitor to my MSI GS60 and it connected perfectly. Weird.

Now, I'm looking to connect two monitors, the LG 43UD79-B and LG 29EA73 via USB-C and via DisplayPort to USB-C, respectively. Can you tell me what cables you guys are using?

I just use the DisplayPort cables that came with my Dell P2415Q's, plugged into a TB3 dual display port adapter (https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/TB3ADP2DP/). I have have had zero issues with this setup.

I use two “uni usb c to DisplayPort cable“ bought from Amazon (Germany) and I have no complains. They are nylon braided which I really like.
