I’ve got Camera+, Procam and Pro Camera. There’s things that I like/dislike about them all. All have exposure compensation, white balance, shutter speed and manual focus. One has filters built in and one allows target photo type (4x3, 16x9, 2x1, etc). And so on. I’m trying to learn how to use all 3 but expect a favourite to shake out.

Halide is another great option:

It's not free (either subscription or purchasing outright), but does have a 7-day trial.

In no particular order

-Halide
-Procam
-Pro Camera
-Procamera by Moment
-Camera+
-Apple camera
I went and purchased them except for Halide, and a quick email to the developer will solve that. Got nothing better to do b/c I'm on medical retirement so I'm going to make a PDF comparison table of the features. I would like to include 2-3 photo's per app, handheld and tripod.

Going to take about 4 weeks to put it together.
