What Capacitors do I need?

My contrast needs constant adjustments on a Powerbook 165 after booting.
I understand I need to replace some / all screen capacitors.

Took the screen apart and found these.
I'd like to order the parts but not sure what specific parts to order.
What type of capacitors are they, ratings?
