Searched the forum, some useful information. Found the following :

On amazon : http://www.amazon.com/Rally-7424-Wa...2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1280846378&sr=8-2 (85W)

Hypershop's car charger

I'd like some flexibility, so the Hypershop one is out of the question (being able to charge my android phone separately from laptop, my backup pc laptop, etc).

So my question is, what inverter are you using? I found some on best buy (Cyberpower), but there's no wattage listed in their specs.

For just plain power to my MacBook Pro 13" I just use the Apple One from my older Black MacBook (White older style magsafe Tip)
Otherwise, I just bought one like that off of amazon, and it's been working great for about 3 years now.
Also, check the max wattage of your car's Power Outlet / Cigarette Lighter.

Does anyone know of one that works for both cars and airplanes? I'd like to avoid carrying 3 different adapters on me
