What Cards Do Apple Stores Accept?

Hey,

I'm moving to Orlando in 5 days, and plan to buy a MacBook Pro when I'm over there (will actualy wait until 14th to see what happens)... however my mum surprised me today with a going away present. She's going to pay $900 towards a new Mac.

She's put the money on one of these Thomas Cook Cash Passports, so I can use it like a debit/credit card but I've just read the first paragraph and it says that (apart from ATMs) "You can also use your Thomas Cook Cash Passport at any retailer showing the Visa Electron logo".

So will this card work in an Apple Store?

If it has a Visa logo on it, then they will take it.

It does have the Visa logo on it, but below it it has the word Electron... and some places where i stay don't accept electron and i just wondered.

Then the best advice would be to call the Apple Store in advance and ask.

I believe the US uses Visa Debit which is the not the same as Visa Electron, not to say it won't work.
