What case is best to use with a palm rest cover?

I have a moshi palm rest cover on my 15" MacBook Pro and would like to buy a external shell / case as well. Any recommendations?

I'm afraid that some will make the palm rest cover come right off due to how they hang on the MacBook Pro.

get a moshi hardshell cover, they are thin, light and durable and work great with the palm rest

Agreed. The Moshi iGlaze is the best hardshell cover I have ever used on a MacBook Pro.

Does Moshi offer any for the regular (fatter) MacBook Pro? I do not have the Retina version
