What cases & screen protectors available at iPhone 4 launch?

Can you help post here what cases and screen protectors will be available on or before launch for the iPhone 4? When I mean available at launch, I mean that they arrive the same day as iPhone 4 arrives (June 24th) in the mail. I need an interim case and screen protector till better ones are available. The Bumper is most likely a given, what else? Thanks.

I think the Zagg shield is the only skin that will be available at launch as far as I know.

My guess would be no since the release day is only 10 days from now and it is still marked as "Coming Soon" and you aren't able to place an order yet.

Anyone know if the Apple bumper will be available for pre-order with the iPhone? I really don't want to be carrying around the phone without some kind of case, at least not until we see some real-world test results on the internet showing just how resistant the new glass is to breakage and scratches.
