I have my router in 5GHz(n only) mode and i cant change the channel to anything less than 36. Its on auto but the numbers start at 36 and go up. Is this ok? I keep reading that it should be between channels 1-12. My connection speed is great at 7796kbps according to speakeasy. Security is set at WPA2. Everything is working fine but the channel 36 thing is making me wonder. Airdisk and wirless printing work fine too. Anyone?

Also posted this on Apples site but figured i get more help here. Thanks.

is it n-only 5ghz? or one of the other settings?

if it's set to 5ghz only, it may be a hiccup in the firmware that's letting you select a channel (from the manual, "Note: If you set your base station’s radio mode to “802.11n only (5 GHz),” you cannot change the channel. The 5 GHz frequency mode automatically chooses the channel.")

EDIT: durrr, I forgot about the posted picture. question answered (I hope)
