I'm not paying $50 for a case, but seeing so many 3rd party silicone cases on Amazon, any recommendations on which ones are most similar to the genuine Apple cases? Looking to compare to this one, but color might vary. Magsafe compatibility desired, but optional. Thanks!

I have a Spigen clear silicone case that is pretty nice. Not MagSafe per se, but charges fine with MagSafe chargers. It just doesn't stick to them. The only issue you will find with these aftermarket cases is that they don't have a button for Camera Control, just a cutout. So, getting to the phone's CC button is a bit awkward.

Is $41/$42 out of your budget too? That's how much they are on Amazon right now for most of the colors.

Could wait until people start returning their cases to Amazon, and then get them cheaper from the Amazon Warehouse. I've done that in the past and they looked brand new. Some were even unopened. Chances are they just didn't like the color and returned it (or got the wrong size).

Best Buy does this too. Looks like they already have some open-box ones for $30-35. Have to keep checking, since they can sell quickly.

This year, I ended up getting my Apple Silicone cases through Verizon for 25% off ($37.50). I believe you have to be a Verizon customer though, since it shows the sale price after I log in. Check with your carrier to see if they have any discounts.

Or are you looking for something like $10-20?

Thanks. Ideally an opaque one similar to the Apple silicone cases, but this clear is nice as well.

Yeah, I was thinking of those cheaper $10-$15 cases....something more in that range. Thanks.

CordKing silicone cases are about an exact match. My wife used one on her iPhone 12 Pro since the day it was released and it looks brand new (not so much as a scuff on it). Tons of color options that cost from $9 to $12 (U.S.).

Unfortunately, they still don't have cases for the iPhone 16s yet.
