This is am minor point, but I'm trying to figure out which charging cable was original to my series 1, which I'm selling, having gotten a series 3. I've got three cables... one is 2m, so I must have bought that one. Then between my two 1m cables, one is just white, and the other is white in front but silver around the edges and on the back (on the charging part, not the cable part, of course).

I'm guessing the silver/white one is the older one. Anyone know?

The 1 metre white one came with the Series 1 Watch which you are selling.

[Full details:

There's one with a plastic puck and one with a silver stainless steel puck.

Aluminium Apple Watches come with the plastic puck.

Everything else comes with the stainless steel puck, including cables bought separately on their own.

First generation Apple Watches (from 2015, not Series 1), as well as all Edition Apple Watches come with 2 metre cables, everything else is 1 metre.]

Oh interesting. I don't exactly know whether my old watch is series 0 or series 1. I'm not sure how to tell.

You can tell from the engraving on the back.

The first generation will say "Apple Watch Sport", while the Series 1 will say "Apple Watch Series 1".

If it's the first generation you have, then the white plastic 2 metre cable you have is the one cable with it. Also be sure to sell it as such because the Series 1 is a newer model and has a faster processor. :)

Series 1 has 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi while the Series 0 (Apple Watch Sport) only has 802.11b/g Wi-Fi
Series 1 also has S1P dual-core processor while the Series 0 only has S1 processor

from what you listed you have a series 1 apple watch which comes with a 1 meter cable included in the box.

It says 7000 Series, instead of "Apple Sport Watch" or "Series 1." :/ They didn't make these easy to distinguish.
[doublepost=1513282533][/doublepost]I think this is it... the first version of rose gold that was introduced in September 2015 (though I didn't get it until six months later).

You can use this helpful website Apple created to identify what apple watch version you got: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204507

Also another thing which distinguishes Series 0 from Series 1 and 2 is that the first generation watches will have the serial number displayed on the back of the watch, while the series 1 and 2 will have the serial number on the watch where the band attaches to it. You have to remove the band to see it.

If you’re unsure you can post a picture of the back of the watch.

Other differences are the original Watch came with a plug, whereas the series 1 didn’t come with one!

My aluminium watch says 7000 series aluminium on the back. It’s a first generation Sport Watch (so not Series 1) and it came with a 2m cable with a plastic puck.

Thanks. I decided that’s what I have.
