Hi!
I need advice. I’m about to buy a new computer, I’m thinking of the new 2019 13” MacBook Air 128 ssd and 8gb ram.
But also have the possibility to buy a new 13” MacBook Pro 2017 128 gb and 8 gb ram.

Will use use my computer for video streaming, browsing etc. no games. The occasional photoshop.

What should I get?

You could buy MacBook Pro 2017. It has accurate color than MacBook Air 2017.

The 2017 MacBook Pros have especially bad keyboards. The 2019 still has some problems but is significantly more reliable than the 2017 is.

The 2017 Pro 13" comes in both dual core and quad core options. There's a material difference there. Which specific models are you talking about?

I had two MacBook Pro 2017 and all have fine keyboard. Maybe caused I use keyboard's cover.

Apple also give 4 years warranty for keyboard.

I'd get the Air, but seriously consider 256GB storage. Even with just "Occasional" Photoshop, by the time you get macOS and apps on the drive 128GB leaves you precious little to work with.
