Let me clarify a little bit my question

Some people said that some sophisticated mobile apps could remember your device or the environment of your device.

I'd like to know what is the actual thing or parameter that the mobile apps could catch and remember?

Is there anything unique e.g IMEI / Serial number of the iPad that they could remember to fingerprint your device?

Or could they only remember something like your version of iOS and your location which could be narrowed down to some people (or devices) but never unique?

There is an odd mobile app, developed in Asian countries, which claims to "remember your device”.

Yes, it really does not matter sometimes for somebody to remember my device. However, I have my personal reason that I want to make my device like new

What can I do to my current iPad such that the next time I login with their apps and they will think I am a "new device"?
