What could I sell 8GB Ram and 750HD for?

Hi Guys,

I am currently deciding if I should buy the i5 or i7 13" MBP.

Either way, I am going to max the Ram to 16GB and put in an SSD.

If I were to go for the i7, do you think I could sell the 8GB Ram and the 750Gb HD that it comes with? If so, how much would these fetch?

Sure.

8GB RAM is like $30-$40, you could probably ask like $20. A 750GB HDD goes for like $80-$100, you probably ask about $50-$60 or so.

Sell the RAM for $35 or so and the drive for $75.

would use the HD to back up your SSD drive, use an external enclosure or adapter to clone or use time machine to back up.

Why not? They allow you to change the Ram, and I believe HD/SSD is also allowed...?
